The chapter mentions the portals of the twelve winds.
According to the chapter, there are twelve portals (or positions)
from which the wind comes from.
According to this chapter, the "face" of the heavens is the east.
I suppose it is because that is the direction where all the cosmos move from.
There are three portals in each corner of the earth (North/East/South/West).
Four of the portals give winds of blessing, while eight of the portals give off hurtful winds.
The winds of blessing always come from the middle portal of each cardinal direction,
the "side" portals of each direction give off the hurtful winds.
The last verse of the chapter; the author mentions Methuselah as his son, as if he is telling to him what Uriel has showed him.
